I woke up a bit late, and I've been playing lots of hacky sack (no I'm not a hippie--no patchoulie or bong hits, lol) and my barbie doll legs are feeling a little sore--which feels good! I know I'm burning some calories playing hacky sack (or at least getting some exercise bending down to pick it up), and I hope to be doing a lot of that today, plus being on my feet moving all day, so it's all good. Keep cranking it on this last week, chicklets! |

Feeling good! I'm adjusting my workout schedule to prepare for marathon training next month so I've missed a swim and bike ride here and there, but by the end of the month I should have it all ironed out. I love how it's all going for me!

It's obvious that I'm not going to make my goal -- and I was finding that de-motivating. But I set new goals for the rest of the month, so that should set me up well for May. I'm not going to change anything here, except there shouldn't be any more days with less than 40 minutes of activity!

Im in on this one. I know I said that last month and didn't keep up with my posting. Im definately fired up for this one. I have 3 pounds to go for goal. I will be darned if Im going to get lazy now. Here is to accountability, to a new month a fresh clean start. My goals this challenge is to exercise 5 times a week 3 cardio at least 2 yoga classes a week. No lazy arse this month. starting at 153
