Wendy - I wish I were planning for a trip.. well a trip somewhere exotic! I might be going to Vancouver for work in a couple weeks, we'll see, depends on if I get the position! Which Wal-Mart do you go to? Liver growths doesn't sound so great, whats going on?

I am on plan today! I stayed within my calories, exercised TWICE! Yahoo! I did the EA sports active, it really kicked my butt. And then right after I walked to my grandma's and helped her put away all her Christmas stuff, which was a workout in itself! And then tonight Josh and I went skating on the river again, we went a lot further this time. There will be no skating tomorrow, we both have sore feet so are taking a little rest. Anyways! Thats what I've got..

Hey.....
I go the the Walmart on Kenaston Blvd. No exercise for me, just don't have the energy to do anything. I'm not supposed to do anything streanuos anyway (ya, good excuse! ). I have 5 growths on my liver, been causing lots of pain lately. I have to eat really small meals, it hurts if I fill my stomach up because it puts pressure on my liver. Yippee for me. The sad part is that I haven't lost any weight in the past few days, my body must think I'm on starvation mode!

And there you have it....I'm going to bed! G'night!

Wendy - I haven't been to that one yet! We've been going to the one out by Polo Park. I hope your liver stuff gets figured out, sounds very unpleasant! I am shocked that you aren't losing, normally when you have lots of smaller meals it keeps your metabolism revved. Get better soon!

I exercised despite my head cold today, I am doing the 30 day challenge from the wii game ea sports active. My legs are SORE! Hopefully I can see some results from it, I am going away in 12 days, and I'd like to bit a little smaller for the trip.

Wendy - not that great of motivation! I've been exercising and eating terribly! Yesterday started out alright, but Josh made me homemade mac & cheese for dinner. And thats what I had for dinner tonight too.. yikes.. so bad! You can do it, even if there is no loss this week, you've got next week

I am SO sore today, I could barely move! But I went to work and managed to get them a little loosened up. Hopefully tomorrow I am fully healed, because tomorrow is another exercise day!

Wendy - I have my skinny fingers crossed for you! I went to bed last night at 9pm, and woke up at 9:30am! I am feeling a bit better. This morning the head cold was still hurting me, but this evening I'm just phlegmy. I still worked out this morning before work, if only I could get that same dedication from my eating!

I was down 2 pounds this morning, I guess the working out must be paying off? I am a little shocked, but I'm running with it!

Wait...I'll go check now...............

down 2lbs!

Wish I could workout, right now I can't even walk with the back problems. My poor little Willow isn't getting any walks in, poor pup, and she's so active she NEEDS to burn off some energy!
Tomorrow is another day, maybe tomorrow I'll feel better!

Wendy - congrats to you!! 80% of weight loss is diet, so you can lose 80% of your weight that way.. you will feel better soon, and then you can exercise. Hang in there!

You got your old name back! What happened with all of that btw?

EA sports Active had me doing jumping squats and jumping lunges. The squats were alright, but the lunges nearly killed me!!! I guess my body is adapting because I'm not actually that sore today Yay!

I don't know how I got my name back...wierd! Happy I'm back to being me though!
I'm doing alright, not behaving today, ate pizza pops for dinner...blah! Oh well, Ryan wanted them so easier to just make some for myself too!

Wendy - you were not alone! I had pizza for dinner last night! I tried to make up for it today, we went down to the river and skated from The Forks to Hugo Street Dock and back. 3km's. And THEN I did my EA sports workout. I am very tired. I wish I could master the diet part. 8 pounds from goal, thats pretty darn good, you gotta get there and STAY there! And then you can advise me on how to do it
