Totally off plan the past 2 days...sucks. Going to attempt a light workout tomorrow, hope my back can take the strain.

I think I'm going to attempt a walk at the park sometime tomorrow too, I'm loving this weather, enjoy it while we can! My little pup needs to burn off some excess energy!!

Shari - school!! I've been dying to go back to school. Maybe this is just what you need to snap out of your funk.

aimee - what's going on with sore backs? Is it a canadian thing?

I am going on my second week of working out. And I'm even eating better. Bet you never thought you'd hear those words from me. But it's true. It helps that my boyfriend has also been working out so we work out together. He's trying to get a jersey shore body for the summer. lol Just as long as he doesn't come home with one of those tans, I'll be happy for him.

Thats about all that is going on with me right now. Weight loss is my life! how boring!

I promise, promise, promise that I will check back daily from now on. Or at least try to!

Wendy - Did you wake up to the Hoar Frost too? It looks quite pretty from my view! How's the back? I figured out mine is from fatigue, I am exhausted! So I'm taking another, unscheduled, rest day. I figure my work is hard enough! Last night I was squatting, lifting, moving heavy things, I worked up quite the sweat! Hopefully your back is feeling better!

Shari - Wow! I hate getting up at 6am, I cannot imagine 4am! Vitamin B should help a little with energy, I'd definitely invest. Hope you work through your depression too, not fun

Rosario - Welcome back! Sounds like you are doing AWESOME! Keep it up girl! I tried to watch Jersey Shore, since I'm a total sucker for MTV reality shows.. but I just couldn't get into it! The guys definitely had good bodies though!

Well, last day of work before my trip! It's a busy one too, so that should help the day go faster. My fav supervisor is working today too, phew! It was getting lonely on my end of the store - since he's the only one who works over on my end. It'll be a busy, good day, which means it'll go fast And with that, I am off, have a great day!

I had another good day yesterday. I am slowly starting to feel normal because the bloat was here with a vengeance these past couple of days.

Gosh, I am seriously jealous of you girls taking trips. I want to go somewhere!! I think I'm going to have to plan something.

Rosario - I am going back to Vancouver for 4 days, it's a work thing, so everything is paid.. and I get to spend the evenings with my friends! Not a big trip, so no need to be jealous of me! I am bloated like NOTHING else today, ugh.. totally the worst feeling ever!

I have the next 2 days off before my trip, I am going into work today to finish a couple things.. yucky... but then I'm going shopping for a BLOUSE! Wish me luck on this one, my boobs just don't like to be contained I might get one of those cute sweaters with the argyle to go over the blouse.. we shall see! I'm also planning to dye my hair - I have a few gray's, which I've had since I was 14-15.. and packing, washing clothes, exercising! I better go get started... ttyl!

R0~ I'm heading back to Puerto Vallarta again this year, thats where hubby and I met so we're going to celebrate our 1 year of knowing each outher there! HA! CHEESY! =) Orriginally we were going to get married there on our 1 year and then we were going to have a 2nd ceremony there but the resort isn't getting back to me with any details so poop on them! We'll just enjoy!

Aimee~ I know how you feel about the blouse thing, my buttons are always popping! I'll make sure to find out if you're workingOr maybe I'll surprise you! St.V is only 10 minutes away from here. What color are you doing your hair?

Wendy - I did my hair brown, not much darker than my own, just enough to cover the grey. Turned out pretty good actually! I am impressed. I am back to work on Thursday.. I work until 10pm.. congrats on the loss!! 2 pounds is great!

I weighed myself this morning, just to get an idea of how I was doing.. and I was UP 0.9. Ah well, I am off tomorrow to Vancouver for a few days, gonna try and make good choices. I decided not to bring my laptop because of all the rules with flying, so I won't be checking in until I am back on Tuesday night. I'll try and stop in before I leave tomorrow..
