Hmm up a bit today from Friday. Think I've not walked enough, and the japanese takeaway on Friday night was probably saltier and more calorific than I thought. Oh well, it's nice and not rainy today so great day to go for a nice long walk to burn those extra calories
Haven't posted in a bit. I got off track and gained 7 pounds in water weight (I'm sure it was water weight because once I started eating healthy again it all came off in a matter of days). Got on the scale this morning and thank GOD it is gone!! No more getting off track for me!! Need to update my tickers.....

This was the first time in months that I was happy with the results of the scale. Four lbs since yesterday! I've been finding it very hard to get started so I told myself to "just" get through the one day and don't worry about the next.
I am 1 lb up from yesterday. I know why - had bad food & no exercise. I was so lazy yesterday - didn't move much. But needed it to start the busy week. Hopefully, this week, i will get to 140 .
Down a half pound from yesterday, despite pulling a back muscle 5 minutes into my workout and having to quit for the day (I was so sad....I wanted to do that workout!!). Maybe I'll do some stretching today...
