Starting a little late. I'm up from ticker weight, thanks to too much cake on Sunday and pre-TOM bloat. At least I'm down from what the scale showed yesterday morning.

I can't see to make it to the 160s for nothing. I get so close then something happens to send me back up again, grrrr!
I had my most grueling day at the gym yesterday. We were invited for dinner at friends and I managed to stick to the salad and nursed a glass of red wine all night. Still no changes. Oy!
