Congrats Fressca!

Chickies, what have I done? I've been a little, actually a lot, off plan for a litlle while now (2 weeks) and I think I've gained back 5-6 pounds. I'm hoping at least some of it is water weight with TOM around the corner, but if I'm honest, my pants are a little snugger. Sometimes, I just get so angry with myself that I work so hard and then throw it all away as soon as I get stressed out with life.

Thanks for letting me vent. Not too many people in "real life" understand.

I am stuck.......Could the increase in weight training, running and the like be the cause? Could TOM be right around the corner? Am I sneaking in a couple extra carbs? Or is this just a test of wills to see who can hold out longer? Me or the Scale? Have a great day everyone!

o.k., now I feel bad...got up really late here, and wasn't going to step on scale, let alone report it...i feel real bloated (aunt flow commin as well here. boy that lady gets arounds. hehe)..and i lost!?

Hi Gang! I'm back from 3 weeks of craziness. A week out of town, a week with my best friend in town and week with my husband out of town! Oh...and discovering I have tendonitis in my wrist and getting a steriod injection in it (ouch)!

As a result of all the above the scale shows me up 6+ pounds. Time to get it back off!

SW: 229 (me no likey that!)
GW: 224
