Here we go - a new challenge!

Everyone is welcome to join in.

Just post your starting weight (SW) and your goal weight (GW).

Log in as often as you like and post your current weight (CW).

First person to reach their 5 lb loss goal weight wins and gets to start the next thread for the next 5 lb challenge!

This is great - sometimes it gets daunting to know I have 75 to go so giving myself mini goals for 5 pound intervals is awesome.

Way to go Fressca!

Went to Olive Garden for late lunch/early dinner about 2:30...had the salad (of course!), bread sticks....yum! and the cheese filled ravioli. We both have colds, him way worse than me, so we had coffee and water to drink. Getn ready to run my "anniversary 5K" so hope it all balances out tomorrow. Ive already weighed but was up a bit. Knew I would be do to the meal..So here we go...
