  • Whoo hoo to everybody who's meeting their goals! Yesterday I only got in 15 minutes of aerobics before my attention got diverted elsewhere , but today I've kicked butt if I do say so myself. I raked for an hour and 45 min., then mowed our hilly, overgrown yard with a push mower for another hour and 15 minutes. (I had my goal in mind to keep me going ha!) That's 180 total minutes of working pretty hard if I do say so myself. That doesn't get me to goal, but if I can do just 45 minutes tomorrow, I'll be there! So here's hoping

    Well... that's 4 weeks of the c25k down, I started out the month thinking I might be able to hack doing it twice a week, ended up doing it 3x a week as the plan states so hooo... goal on that.
    And, I'll be at Curves Monday morning so that will be the 18th time for August which means that goal will have been met too. yay!
