I can't let NSM go at it alone this month. Count me in on the 30 day EA Active Challenge as well. So Jacqui, add that to my goal as well dear. And welcome to all the new gals.

Jazzy ~ Good to see you joined us this month. Good luck!

I'm in too!

Goal is 60 minutes of cardio or walking a day. Also I want to do my strength training circuit every other day starting on the 1st.

My total monthly goal is: 1800 minutes of cardio for July, strength train 16 of 31 days in July.

Woo hoo! A Bright Shiny New Month is almost here!

to all the Newbies! You're gunna love these girls!!! They are fantastic!!!

My goals are going to stay pretty much the same:

*Strength Training 3Xs a week
*Cardio 3Xs a week--Finish up the 8 Week HIIT program this month (I'm on Week 5 Starting this week, so I should finish with a full week left in July--I'll either restart with more intensity or rework my cardio for that week--we'll see)

I wanted to start the AE Challenge with NSM on the 1st, but I'll be heading out of town on the 5th and won't be back for a week and that wouldn't be the best way to start a challenge now would it? I'm definitely on board for August though--I haven't even tried out AE yet!! *sigh*

I look forward to another awesome month with you ladies!! Thanks for a spectacular May and June!!!

Thanks Jacqui! I just edited my post to combine the cardio goal with the finishing HIIT goal since HIIT is my cardio--just in case there was any confusion.

Did that make any sense at all?

Yay!!! Delphi is doing it with me..Now I can't slack off

CMo4: No worries, I will be here for August as well. Last month I started mine the last week of May and just carried it through June anyway (and that's why I finished a week early this time).

Hey, anyone ever tell you that you ROCK for taking on The List?
Thanks girlie!

NSM~ Hmm...well then, perhaps I should *maybe* add the 30 Day Challenge into my goals...Hmm...I'll be a week and a half behind, but it might work. We'll see!

Hi. I'm new here, but i'd love to join. I'm moving in July and I won't have access to a gym so I'm going to focus on my running. I am going to run/jog 62 miles (2/day) in the month of July...
