Hey! can I get in on this challenge? I am on a quest to look my best by October because I will be dancing with my troupe in front of audiences beginning in October :o and I need to have a little less stuff shaking if ya catch my drift!

i'm making my weigh in day Friday...so no weigh in for me today. i plan to go to the gym tonight. for cardio, i'm starting couch to 5k. weights 3x per week. and of course, eating on plan.

Hey girls! Thought I'd check in quick. TOM should be this week, so I'm not really expecting a loss on the scale...maybe even some water weight gain. But at least I know it's coming :p

This past weekend wasn't too great. I didn't workout and my eating was crap. I did kind of get on track yesterday though. I made Big Easy Shrimp, a recipe my mom sent me from recipezaar dot com. Very tasty....have enough for a few meals this week (just had some for lunch)!

But it's back on track now....going to the YMCA right after work for some speed/incline intervals on the treadmill and a BodyPump class! So excited...I love BodyPump. :) I can't believe I never discovered this love for workout classes sooner...I probably would have been at goal by now! LOL. Oh well...better now than never :)

I would like to join in!! I love Halloween and would like to wear a decent costume this year and preferably not a pumpkin or a ghost :ghost: but maybe more of a :belly: (well that might be pushing it) I would go for a curvy nurse! I need lots of motivation!

My goal is 182 for October 31st!!!! :cheer2:
