hey, chicks, i'm back. i had a small gain this morning but it's my time of the mointh so i'm not really bothered by it. here's to a new week and many success stories.

177.4 today! yay.

Halloween is my favorite holiday! I set a personal goal of 165 to hit by then, and I think being involved in this challenge will definitely help keep me on track. I'd like to have a costume fit me well for a change-the plus size costumes are always a little too big, and the "regular" sized costumes are always a bit too snug. I look forward to seeing everyone's progress. Good luck ladies!

Late joiner. I'm so in! Last year I had to wear some super-extra-amazing control top tights to look passable in my costume. And the pictures afterwards were, well, upsetting. This year I'm wearing the same cotume and looking sexy in it. I'm a little timid to set such a high goal but I'd really like to be at 240 by then (that's -25lbs!). I've been poking along lately and I really need to step it up. Good luck ladies!

Oi vey, ladies. I "fell off the wagon" so I am going to recalculate my stats for this challenge and STICK with it!

Here's my stats as of 7/22:

WormwoodDoll.... I hear ya. I was a bit too ambitious with my goal at first too I think. And after battling this frustrating plateau recalculated my stats as well. I'll still be THRILLED with my new goal weight when I get there at halloween :) Sexy costume here I come!!!

Late at joining. I hope no one minds. What a great challenge and plenty of time to see great progress. Not to mention, I'd love to feel happy enough with my weight to dress up with my son for once. Every year since I had him (he's 5) I've bought an outfit but every year it's been the same. On the day of Halloween, I just can't work the nerve up to actually be seen by anyone in the costume. So, they just pile up in a box. This year will be different.

I am going to push myself for 30 lbs. 28 would be 2 lbs. a week. So I just rounded it up.
