I'm not sure If i'll be around on Monday so I'm just checking in now! I'm at 210 and starting to wonder if 40 lbs in 4 months is realistic?

Just weighed in this morning, I lost 6 pounds this week, which was my first week trying :D

I want to join in aswell. October 31st is awhile which is really inspiring. I can record the progress I make. I currently weigh 180lbs. My goal weight to loose by October 31st will be to weigh 149lbs (just to put me in the 140s!). With appropriete excerise and continued diet which im on. Which is vegetarian, whole foods (no white anything!).

I'm up about a lb this week :(
I stayed well within my points range, but I think my body is fighting me to stay in the 190's. This had happened before at this weight (I checked back to my old weight watchers records) and I'm not going to let myself get discouraged. My body is fighting to stay fat, but I'm fighting back :lifter: I will win, but it's gonna be a tough fight. |

Saw a very exciting number on the scale this morning! But it is my rule not to record it unless I have been the same for three days in a row :( oh well, soon soon!
