    I am behind this morning and have not done any exercise. We're in a heat wave today so I'll work out at home. My goal is to workout 3-5 days a week for now and I'd like to lose 25-30 lbs.
  • I would like to join this challenge. I want to work out doing cardio 6 days a week and either 1 day off or do yoga. I would like to be 180 by Oct 31.
  • I'd love to join this also. I'm doing a bunch of other challenges right now, but this one reaches all the way to October. I will figure out how much I would like to lose by then and update this. I'm just starting to work out 6x a week, 7 workouts.

    ETA: I'm going to try to lose 20 lbs by then. Very ambitious for me. I guess I will see if I can finish it.

  • How's everyones week going so far? I haven't gotten in as much exercise as I would have liked to but I've done pretty good. I hope when I weigh in on Monday, the scale is nice to me. Good luck chicks.

  • I am doing the couch to 5k program and will graduate mid-July. I am going to work my way up the one hour cardio 6 days a week and by Oct I hope to be about 20-25 pounds lighter.

  • Well Halloween is about 18 weeks away.... I have a Sexy by Labor Day Challenge that I am doing very badly at and my goal is 170....

    I think I will go for 165, that puts me within 5 pounds of my goal weight (for now, haven't been that low since I was a teenager so want to 'try it on' for a bit before deciding to go lower) I have heard you slow down closer to goal weight so that should give me extra time

    I am going to be counting calories and trying to exercise 3-4 days per week, right now I do none so hopefully that should help.
  • I've lost .4 so far since Monday. Hopefully it'll be over a pound by next Monday. I don't think I'm eating enough for the exercise.
  • I'd love to join this challenge! I'm new here and this may be just what I need to get started!

    I would like to lose at a rate of 2.5 pounds a week, if its 18 weeks away then I would like to lose 45 pounds by Halloween! Its a very ambitious goal, but I think its doable for sure!

    I'd love to be able to trick or treat with my kids this year comfortably and not trailing behind them!
