Angel's Dust - Mhm. I feel very lucky. DF has family in Belgium, so we are going to stay there for majority of our stay, but we're going to visit Germany for two days and stay at a bed-and-breakfast. We might go to Amsterdam, too. I really wanted to go to Ireland but with time restraints and money, it's just not possible. There's always next time! ;P
good afternoon chicks. i am behind in posting and running behind with errands today. i gained 1 lb at weigh in this week and i'm hoping it comes straight back off. i'll bbl to do personals.
I worked very hard at eating perfectly and exercising a ton, and what is my reward? 3 lb gain! YAY.

Hey Angel Dust if your exercising a ton then maybe your retaining water in your muscles and building big strong muscles that 3 weeks from now if you keep it all up will burn fat 3x as fast eh?!
Plus this journey should be about health too so be proud of all the wonderful changes you making to be healthier and if they are the right changes they will work! Congrats on doing great!

Are we going to have a specific day for weigh ins? Or just update every once in a while?
I think we can all weigh in on our own terms. I have a stickk.com account where I weigh in for my mini goals/overall goal. It tells me what pace I'm at (like if I'm losing an avg of 2lbs per or less/more) and it sets mini goals every week for me to meet and I can be successful or not. I have three that are for a Monday weigh in - so that will be my official day.
