Waking up is the hardest part especially if youve had a long night.

You're doing great Tracy! I am commuting today but hoping I have some gas in the tank for at least a 30 min walk or swim tonight when I get home.

Hey ladies,
How's the day been? I'm sooo tired and I'm trying to talk to myself into a walk when the temp drops outside. I don't know if it'll happen.

I didn't get out yesterday and woke with a horrible headache today so not only did I not get up early I actually went back to bed after I told work I was going to. I'm vertical now but not feeling too hot. Hope you find some inspiration today Tracy! You can do it!

Good job Tracy! Way to get it rolling again!

I too got some exercise in after being sick yesterday. I swam laps for 20 min and walked to the pool and back for 10 min total and then took another 20 min walk after dinner. Yeah!

I am going to make a commitment here to get up by 7am tomorrow and get out for 60-90 min worth of exercise either on my bike &/or walking. I'll check in here to say I'm up and at it.

I'm up and dressed in my cycling stuff. Most of the battle is won. Going to grab some grub and get out there before it gets too hot.

Peg

Back: 90 min bike ride and 20 min of yoga. Yeeeehhhaaw! Have a great Saturday everyone!

I'm up and dressed and headed out for 1 hour walk. How'd you do yesterday Tracy? I will report back here in a bit.

Peg

Back from 60 min walk. That makes 3 days in a row...I seem to finally be getting back in the groove. I'm off tomorrow so walking or swimming should be easily accomplished. My minutes on my ticker are coming along nicely and I'm pretty darn sure that's a lot more minutes than I did in June.

Ok, I need to leave the house about 8:10 for a blood draw and I want my 45 min walk done before I go. I will get up and out the door no later than 6:45. I will post on here for accountability.

How are you all doing?
