Down a tad today...which was surprising after out anniversary dinner last night at the Melting Pot. I feel like I'm faced with so many food challenges these days. I HAVE to get stronger again and not let food have any control over me! I've been reading and re-reading the emotional eating portion of Tom Venuto's book. I'll be in FL in just under 3 weeks and I would love to get 5 more pounds off by then! Next week is my Bday...another challenge.
