    A cruise ~sounds lovely~My kids are officially on summer break~SO Hopefully we all have a great summer.
    Not sure about a vacation this year But at least some trips to the park maybe.(if I can get them to go~they are getting older and get bored easy)

    Glad you had fun on your cruise. Don't fret about the weight gain, you are halfway back to where you started and are in one-der land!!! Keep it up. I went on a cruise 2 summers ago in Europe for almost 2 weeks. I had just joined LAWL 3 weeks before and was so worried I would blow it. I had been on many cruises before and like you would gain weight, but on that one, I guess with all the sightseeing and walking and actually making good food choices, I actually lost 1 pound. That doesn't happen on other cruises. WE are going on one over new years so I am determined to be below my goal so I have some wiggle room...just in case I go OP!!!

  • Hi ladies, It's been awhile since I've done a 5lb challenge. Last year I lost 15lbs but unfortunately I wasn't at my goal and allowed myself to gain eight lbs back. I have to get on track. I am starting today. I am taking my daughter to the water park next Tuesday. I would love to be down to 140, but we'll see. I know that's not proper loss in the time I have, but It would be nice.

    I'm in the 150's for the second day in a row... the other two(?) occasions I saw 150-something I was back up in the 160's the next day. Maybe - no, not maybe, DEFINITELY - the 150s are here to stay!
