Welcome to 5 pound challenge # 66 Everyone is welcome, hop in at any time. We're out to lose 5 pounds. No matter where you're at in your weight loss, it's helpful to break down your loss into small goals like these. Here's what to do: Just post your SW (starting weight) as of today, your CW (current weight) which is whenever you weigh in and your GW (goal weight) which is five pounds down from the day you joined in. Weigh in whenever you like and come tell us about it! You can weigh in as often as you like - some of us do it everyday, some once or twice a week. The first one to hit five pounds lost should start the next thread! I've come a long way and this is just the little motivation I need! I've been starting to lose all my motivation! I've been eating way too much all over again and slipping back up the scale. I was 150 and I don't want to get back up there! I think if I just get a little cheap bike I could make this happen pretty quickly since there's a bike path near my house! I'm giving it... 2-3 weeks. =)

This is all about being healthy and having support.
I love this website and I just wanted to say that sometimes I feel a little bit put down about weighing less than some of the other fabulously motivated women on here. I'm struggling just as hard as you and trying to make a healthy, long term change for myself in my life. My mother is over 300lbs and I know that a developing healthy lifestyle from early on is important so thank you to everyone for not judging and the strong support. |
