I'd better get on this! Exercising is one of my least favorite things to do and I don't want to fall off the wagon! My goal is to walk or ride my recumbent stationary bike for 45 minutes each day.

what a great start to the month. Congrats to everyone on a super start 


on all those inches lost. Looking great! Remember I said I would take my measurements after TOM last month, still havn't, you just inspired me to do so. I did try on some clothes today though (at home) and OMG!, the differnce in fit is unbeleivable. I really would of loved to of seen how many inches I took off my thighs, the visual even is unreal....bless the walking! Anyways, it's nice to see the fruits of labor paying off and it feels so good seeing those clothes draping! Congrats once again girl

I did mine this morning but need to run, bbl.

. I am planning to go geocaching this weekend, that should get some miles in, and my mood lifted!! All in all, I am still on track for my monthly mileage, so it should all work out! Right?
