HEYA LADIES!!!!

Missed ya all, damn these threads move fast, tqake some catching up on, its only been like 2 or 3 days since i last read them hehe.

So I'm getting over my Manflu but its moved to a chesty cough now so yum, i'm feeling really pretty right now but oh well it is passing

So My goals

SW 189
GW 185
I am going for a smallish one because I have been so off lately not sticking to plan, but now im getting better im going to add a little bit everyday.

Mini mini goal 1 - start exercising again 3-4 times a week 30DS or Taebo, or I've downloaded a naughty dance workout called lady morrigan's exotic dance workout or something its kinda like burlesque dancing but it looks really good and I tried pole dancing which is really hard work but I have no where to do it except the gym and that was Super expensive, but a good workout.

Mini goal 2 - stop eating after 8 - i stole this off someone, but i have been letting my entertainment take presidence over my eating and then i eat silly things.

ABBI - you will find your way soon, if you dont ill come to vegas and cattle prod u up and down the length of the strip - btw the shopping centre - Fashion show mall, is 2 mile from the hotel your staying at, I stayed in the one next door last time and i walked there everyday via all the different hotels, so i could eat. makes you feel better when you realise just how far you have to walk

all you newbies, it's great here hope you enjoy being with us.

So i am going to do 100 pressups, 150 situps, 100 jumping jacks and 100 ab crunches during my 1st hour of tv, then I can settle.

Good Luck everyone

Lesson for the day~~Journaling my food has taught me all apples are not created equal calorie wise. A Red Delicious apple has 127 calories per serving. While a Granny Smith apple has 101 calories. I guess it has to do with the natural sugars in each type of apple. I like Granny Smith apples, that is what I will be buying from now on.~~Journaling is going well. I am going to do my challenge of 15 min exercising watching tv. Then it is 30 minute walk time. Catch ya all later. Pat

Of course it's not too late - this is a YEAR LONG challenge! You've jumped into the 3rd mini-challenge of it. We LOVE new challengers! All weigh ins are due to me by private message by 11:59 pm on Sundays - and I'll post the results on Monday morning. (which sometimes ends up being afternoon due to my pregnant brain. )

AFM - I did a good 20 minute stability ball workout today. It felt good to stretch out. I can't do 1/2 of the exercises since I can't lay flat on my back on the floor, or on my stomach on the ball... but I still got a lot done. It felt GREAT to stretch out my back around the ball!!! I'm feeling ok today too - not so ill.

Hunter and Joe went out for a Daddy & Daughter date night, so I had a nice 2 hours of "me" time in which I lunged around and did pretty much nothing. It was nice... and she needed some daddy time.

Oh - and MORE GOOD NEWS... Joe got a job today! He starts next week!! I'm SO EXCITED! and more importantly, HE'S SO EXCITED!!!! With that and my unemplyment we'll be just fine until I can go back after this baby's born.

Alright - time to get the little one into bed. she's finishing up a story that's she's reading me - and then bed.

Faux: OK, so what are your motivations for the binges? Are you upset, bored, what? And what are your payoffs for not losing weight?

JasonsLea: Do you have a plan for leaving your job? What will you do? I'm in a very stressful job, too, but it's better than not having a job. I know too many unemployed people who have no idea when they'll work next. It may be that you have some other options that could pay off if you took the jump?

Terapet: I've got to agree on the not eating dinner in front of the TV thing. It's really hard to not do that, but are you teaching your children to pay attention to what they're putting in their mouths or to focus on something else while they're eating, making it easier to unconsciously consume more and unhealthy calories? I picked up my food/TV habit from growing up, and it's been terribly hard to kick.

It's been a really rough day for me. Sometimes, it seems like there's a memo sent out for everyone I encounter to act in an unreasonable way. Sigh.

Hi girls, I'd like to join! I joined this site after the St. Patti's Day challenge had already started, so very excited about being able to do this one!

For this challenge, I'd like to lose 5 lbs. and I'd like to walk at least 11 miles a week...
