I decided not to do Zumba. The class didn't start till 6pm and I didn't feel like goin home and goin back out there. So I just went in and did the elliptical for 32 minutes. Then I came home and did 30DS and my ab routine!!!!

everyone!

My friend Kittie arrived Sunday for her Spring Break. The last two days have been a real orgy of eating, with her wanting to cook for me and me wanting to take her out to at least one authentic Mexican restaurant. But it is over and done with. TOM is gone and so is most of our money. So back on plan tomorrow. Thursday, I shall face the music (and the scale! ) like a woman.

Nicki ~ They have Zumba at my new gym. Is it fun?

ooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh this is tougher than i thought. but im proud to say , so far iv had no chocolate, cakes buiscuits or crisps during lent!

I have heard ALOT of people say it is. I didn't get to take it last night. I have only heard good things about it.

well i lost about 1/2 a lb this week...not surprising because i totally blew friday saturday and sunday...but i do feel motivated again...i thought i was going to be laid off for one week this week but im not...the bad news is that my friends dad had a heart attack so he took this week off and thats why im still working...my goal this week is to stay on track this weekend...its soooo easy to talk myself into overeating...i just have to have an eating plan and stick to it...no snacking...once i start grazing its over....have a great day everyone

I'm getting used to the limited computer time, so that's a plus. I was getting frustrated weight-wise, but I also am re-energized. I wonder how this weekend will go since I'll have more than the normal amount of temptations, but I may cut myself a little slack and enjoy it since I've been so OP up 'til now!

WI was today and I'm back up to 260. But I'm totally cool with that! I know what I did wrong, I know what I need to do right, and I'm going to try my damnest this week to do it!

everyone!

I hope you all had a great weekend! We drove Kittie to Houston yesterday morning and I spent the night at my friend Desi's new house out in the country last night. I LOVED IT! It reminded me of when we lived out in Pleasant Grove which reminded me of when I first tried to lose weight the healthy way. All I wanted to do was walk around forever. It was BEAUTIFUL! I want a house out in the country.

happy sunday everyone...were having corned beef and cabbage tonight...i ate too much yesterday...hope everyone is doing well...im not working next week and i get some time to myself...gonna do some walking and maybe see a couple of movies...i check in later this week...im gonna weigh in on wed...i think it will be good news

Hey guys. I may have skipped some exercise this week but all in all I stayed with my actual exercise plan so I'm happy! LOL
