I've been thinking a lot about what to do this time. I've decided I won't give up anything but instead focus on mindfulness and awareness - food related and otherwise - and about how I am spending (wasting) my time.
So, for the next forty days, I commit to the following:
- eating without distractions - especially no eating in front of the computer
- eating slowly and mindfully
- turning off the computer before dinner and spend my evening offline
That's it, but to be honest - I feel like it's going to be ridiculously hard.
