Crossfit workout and POP yesterday, squeezed another .2 outta the scale:
Wow, it took 13 days to lose that half pound. But if history is any indicator, I *should* be good for a couple pounds before the end of this cycle. But I'm losing a wee bit less every month these days. I just want to hit 139 in the next 2 weeks!
I was so happy when I got on the scales this morning and I was down 3lbs. My WI is on Mondays, but sometimes I can't stop myself from getting on every day.

Well the scale is broken- it's not the battery. Hope to buy a new one in the next couple of days. I am in a weight loss group with a group of women that meets on Monday- we rotate homes and giving topics. Today I gave the topic of portion control and it went over real well. I brought props to show sizes, and its amazing how we all don't realize what is a serving size-
