  • Morning, ladies! Lifting and skating workouts yesterday, gave it all I had, and got a whole .2 lbs out of the scale...stingy thing!

  • For whatever reason I am up again. Stress?? Maybe, food has been pretty good but have been sick since Christmas. Finally got on the treadmill yesterday at the hotel but NO running, just walked for half an hour.
