  • Ah well I will be winning the first to gain 5 pounds. I was being good and then my husband opened the chips and salsa last night, grrrr! My willpower went out the window and well, yay I was up 2.5 pounds this morning. I guess they were pretty salty, thats what I keep telling myself anyways.

  • Wow--this thread is moving right along. Great Challenge! So far so good today. Had my water and my exercise. Now to get throught the evening without blowing my food choices!

  • It's only 9pm, dare I say I had a clean day... off to have my apple and cheddar cheese slice... Kudos to me for keeping my blood sugar under 150 all day.. (diabetic on insulin)... Yeah me !

    I've also miraculously made it through the day OP. Today was HARD for some reason. That stupid scale better be nice tomorrow am or I'm throwing it out the window.

    I'm hoping to drop in on a WW meeting tomorrow. I'm thinking about joining. We'll see. This online group has been excellent for me. It can't hurt to have more support though, right? Anyway, congrats to all who are losing and keep up the good work to those who are doing the right things, but not seeing the numbers they want. Hey, even those who makes those mistakes...tomorrow is another day, so no worries. Get back on track ASAP and learn from it all!
