Ruth, it's pretty common to have some water weight after a hard workout. I get it all the time from lifting. It just means your body is doing some muscle repair..that's a good sign! It will be gone in a couple days.
Drinking extra water helps move things along a little faster, I hear.
I've been OP up to now, but heading to my sister's soon for some festivities and evil food.
Today and tomorrow will not be on plan, but I'll be back to it on Friday. Meantime, I'm not stressing on it! Last night, the boy and I watched "Olive, the Other Reindeer". It's one of my faves. Tonight, the traditional Xmas Eve showing of "A Christmas Story" of course. Happy Christmas/Hannukah/Solstice, peeps!
