Oh man, I'm so slow to weigh myself. Anyway, here's today's totals (after not having dinner last night 'cause I ate all my calories for lunch, and had enough sodium for 3 days... -_-)

no change. it's going to be tough to lose this coming week, my calories have been spot on the last week and really no weight loss. I seem to be down a pound though, my size 8 pants were way too big today.
I got down as far as 147.4 in the last round, I would like to get past there befre NY Eve so I could start the NY off losing new weight instead of those pounds from 147-151 that keep coming on & off

I'm so not weighing today. Last night was Christmas Eve at my mom's and I saved all my calories for it but still managed to eat 3329!!! My absolute highest should be 1750 to lose, I try to stay around 1500. I need 2300 to maintain so , yup, I probably gained a bit! Trying to keep my week low so as to know do too much damage. Nothing going on today. I'm trying to get in a run and eat at 1200 cals today. Tomorrow I have a few things planned after that...I'm ridding myself of all stuff in my house. I have another party on Saturday...I'll bring whatever is left to that.
Eh, I had some cookie issues this week . And I'll be making sugar cookies tonight or in the morning But I'm cool with that I only have sugar cookies once or twice a year, because I don't like anybody's but my mom's recipe, and she never makes them anymore.
No change here, which is lucky after a stupid and unappetizing on the run dinner of beef jerky. Christmas shopping last night, best decision in the check-out lane. I thought for sure that would cause a temporary gain. I feel ick, I need a lot of veggies today. Didn't sailors used to live off of jerky and end up with scurvy? Poor fellows.

How I managed to be down a pound with 3300 calories yesterday is beyond me. I suspect it will catch up to me tomorrow or the next day!!!
It was nice to see that number on the scale today since I doubt I will be seeing it again for awhile! I expect today and tomorrow will include some serious calorage! (Yes, I made that word up.)
