I haven't seen that number in a while. It is such a relief to see the number on the scale slowly moving down instead of slowly moving up. Previously, when the scale was moving up, I kept telling myself it was just temporary. In a month, I gained 5 pounds! Now at least my clothes are not so tight. I also feel better for not eating so badly.
