Default 5 lb Challenge #38

Hey all!
Everyone is welcome, join at any time!

Here's what to do: Just post your SW (starting weight), your CW (current weight) and your GW (goal weight). Weigh in whenever you like and come tell us about it! You can weigh in as often as you like, some of us do it everyday or as little as you prefer.

The first one to hit five pounds lost gets to start the next thread!

Congrats Cher!!! That's fantastic work!

Even though I didn't win this one, I did lose 4.2 lbs. My best 5lb challenge yet!

At least I lost that mystery pound from yesterday so I am back to 226, lost two pounds last challenge. Hoping to get below 225 for this challenge...

Ugh, up 1.5 pounds from yesterday (well, duh!), and up 0.5 from last challenge's start weight. Slow going these days! But I think I still see a downward trend on my daily graph.

Default new here, first challenge

Hi Everyone,

Im new here. I think this is my second post on 3fc I would like to try out the 5lb challenge. Here are my stats:

sw:143.5
cw:143.5
gw:138.5 (I haven't been under 140 in two years!)

Great goal! I was hoping to see 139 by the New Year, but I think my new goal is to have a 5-pound goal in the 130's by the New Year !

I'm posting to say CONGRATS to cher and so I can get the thread on my subscribed list. I'm not posting my weight today because it's hugely artificially inflated due to all the sodium and everything I ate yesterday.

UGH! MIL cooking and food poisoning. The shame of it, the pure shame is that I stayed PERFECTLY on plan and didn't even eat the somewhat (for my MIL) yummy stuff. It wouldn't have mattered! The second shame? My weight is up because of the poisoning. Cheers!

Congrats cher =) Last challenge was my best yet, I lost 4.5 lbs.... then wound up gaining 2lbs from thanksgiving =\ grrr so hopefully with no holidays this week, I should be fine

Congratulations Cher37! I will have to post my weight tomorrow because I was too chicken to get on the scale this morning. I did not do anything right yesterday. All that overindulgence did leave me feeling rather quesy which should help keep things in check as far as the leftovers go.
