Hallo my dahlings! Bad girl....I worked last night and set my alarm for 1 pm(to go to the gym before getting the kidders from school/daycare)...actually DID get up at one! But I'm still sitting here on the computer!!! I've been playing these silly freeroll poker tournaments (play money only, I promise!) on PokerStars and lost track of time. But I'm off tonight and tomorrow so all is not lost, I can still go tonight maybe.
Last night was STRESSFUL at work! But there is a difference between chaos and the kind of stress where you are in control of all the mess and you actually get everything done, and everyone is better off....the latter is the kind of night I had. Won't bore you with the details but I did feel pretty good about myself when I left this morning. Plus being so busy I didn't sit around and eat or drink soda to stay awake. I didn't even finish the lunch I took with me.
Jeni, what ever came of the neurologist visit? Have you had any more problems? What are the kids getting for Christmas this year?

Nixie, seriously, I laugh, literally, right out loud when you post....oh that's right, I went to Red Robin!!! Between you and me and our beer and cheeseburgers(and visits to the casinos!) , we are out of control! What's the latest with the problem child? You haven't mentioned him in awhile. I LOVE that, "Going for FINE in 09!" I think I read somewhere once, "A year from now, you'll wish you'd started TODAY!" and this time next year, we will be glad we did! I promise you that.
MMavis, I love that you get my warped mind!! LOL Is the commitment to Christmas thread still going? I remember thinking that was so far away when you started it in summer, and here we are! Thinking about starting a summer challenge? LOL I am really impressed with your C25K progress too! Are you doing it on a treadmill or elliptical? I try that darn program and can't do day one, about two bursts of the "jogging" and I walk the rest. I should keep with it though.
Wouldn't it be awesome if a treamill came equipped with a C25K program, just plus in day/week you're on and the machine sped up/slowed down when you were supposed to? I think I could do what the treadmill made me do, but I don't have the heart to increase the settings manually. Ha ha.
ButterflyDiva...lol you are going to have to tell me what Konditioning Katami is! Is it a DVD? Sounds martial artsy/pilates to me....Good on you for being good over the weekend. Last weekend was a bust for me as usual. We bowl on Saturday nights and that just equals BEER and FRIED FOOD appetizers. Well I can usually avoid the snacks, but damn, draft beer just goes down too smooth. LOL

Mindy, MTiger, I just know you are out there, weighing yourself twice a day, agonizing over the fluctuations...LOL just ribbin ya, but pop in and say Hey! How's school? Probably not as cute with the fifth graders who aren't as excited about "santa" as the kindergartners were....I tease you about the weighing in thing, but I think the whole over/under 200 thing would make ME nuts too. Well I just killed 45 minutes of my day spent not eating. LOL I had my oatmeal (honestly, some days I could just PUKE oatmeal..but it is very filling for the calories, usually holds me over til the next meal.) Oh well let me make it a WEED thing...
today is my "short day" work midnights, get up at 1pm go to bed tonight at 10pm so the numbers look a little strange.
W- 2-3 liters
E- Ok, oatmeal and banana for breakfast 1pm. Will grab apple to take to pick up kids (3:30p) dinner will be something lunch-y like soup and sandwich or big salad....snack will be protein shake(I use Kashi energy shakes with whatever frozen fruit I have on hand, I usually do strawberries! YUM!)
E- Should have, should have gone to the gym. But we'll see, maybe DH will want to go the community center and do a mini workout, always mini because the kids whine the whole time to leave.

Remember that no matter what you weigh, you are at SOMEONE else's goal or mini goal...Right now if you are upset to be 210 or 199, just remember I would LOVE to be that!!! But I need to remember that someone who weighs 300 or so would LOVE to be where I am right now.
