Hey ladies, back from my trip and sick. I haven't weighed in - not sure I want to! I didn't really eat too much while gone but had way too many drinks. And now I'm sick and cough just walking around much less trying to run. I'll suck it up and see where I am tomorrow.

Hello everyone! Whoa! Congrats Kitty! Wow!

The last couple of weeks have been wonky for me. Weight bouncing around everywhere. Bah! I know not to get freaked by this point, it likely has something to do with the added frequency of strength training sessions.

SW: 185.4
CW: 184 (-1.4)
GW: 180.4

Personally I think you should adjust your SW & GW by whatever difference you found.

You know, the week before my period is usually a very good week. But after being above my baseline for 3 whole weeks in this cycle, I just wasn't expecting the "good" week to actually be good . I'm not sure if I lose so much more in that last week, or if I lose it as I go, but only drop water in that last week.
