JKS - yay, well done you!!!

After my mega low of 139 on Tuesday, it jumped back up to 140 and has stayed there. But I hope to report a loss soon.

WHO HOOOOO, JKS.

I had waaaaayyyyyyyy too much salt last night, so I haven't stepped on the scale yet. But I have that puffy, tight feeling in my fingers and I can tell when I make a fist that I'm retaining water.

I think it's lots of water for me today and a trip to the gym.

I ate at IHOP last night and I didn't go toooo overboard but I did eat. I weighed myself 2 hours earlier than normal so I hope to be back down soon.

Ugh. I did not drink nearly enough water yesterday. I let myself run out of bottled water so I just didn't have it to grab on the way out of the house like usual.

YAY JKS!!

In spite of my poor eating and thanks to many miles run with a friend who is training for a half marathon, I am down too. But I need to pull myself together on the planning and eating well front.

start 132.5
current 129.5
goal 127.5

I got a new scale. Good news and bad news:

Good news: it's ACCURATE and precise and isn't a different weigh each time I step on it.

BAd news: It says im like six pounds higher or more than what my old scale said. UG!
