I have the wiifit and I used to get on it all the time. I have to say it never gave me a "workout" it was just fun for me. It got me moving but it never got my heart rate up. It is fun and I was always excited to see how much weight I had lost...it charts it on there so its cool.

my will power of leaving me. I have to work it all weekend for the final weighin on monday morning.
Ugh. Still dealing with fluctuations, but I've promised to be honest on my calorie counting and on here from now on and report daily, instead of just when I drop:
Joyra! welcome! Are you from South Korea? or working there? I lived there for two years teaching english. I miss that place! Hope my DH gets stationed there after he's done in Iraq so I can go back!
Throwing in my own two cents about the Wii Fit, it's a good way to keep track of your weight, do strength exercises, test your stamina and some cardio, but I find I've pretty much gotten bored of its limited exercises already (after 2 months). That said, I'm sure they'll introduce some kind of expansion pack like they do all games.
