Well, I went out Friday night with my new fella and had garlic bread w/cheese, and pizza. Then yesterday we went to a pub with a playarea attached and took my kids for him to meet - and we stayed out for tea and I had chicken Kiev and chips! But I didn't have dessert on either occasion and I didn't take it as an excuse to go mad and eat like a pig during the day.
So after 2 days of eating out I gingerly got on the scales and I was up to 150.6 which isn't too bad.
So, my stats are:
SW: 151.2
CW: 150.6
GW: 146.2
I don't think I'll be winning this challenge though.
I'm creeping into the low, low 160s, down a pound this morning. I can only hope I'll see the 150s next week! Then there will be a party in MY panatlones!

Hi losers,
I am not getting on the scale until tomorrow. I need today to detox, get some excess fluids out and all in all get back on track.
Like I told my best friend ,visiting from CO, I made the choices to go off my plan. Nobody forced me. Now I need to evaluate and see if it was all worth it. Most likely not. I think I need to learn this lesson repeatedly. I think it's closer to sticking in my brain.

have a wonderful end to the weekend everyone! I'm taking my 4year olds to a bday party then spending time in our teeny garden with DH and all the kiddies.
I think my scale broke. It's jumping around way more than usual. It's driving me crazy. I think I'm going to have to start using my parents' scale, which puts me up a pound or two. Lame. Oh well, another 5 pound challenge with more than 5 pounds to lose...
Still no change,, I hate TOM..
Hopefully I'll lose some pounds soon, Because I've been on plan the whole weekend.. And I've done my 30 min exercise every day.. So we'll see what happens,
So I stepped on the scale about 50000 times this morning to make sure it didn't change, and it said 157.6. I'm taking the number with a grain of salt, but at least it's believable. I've been hovering between 156 and 158 for about three weeks now, so I need to step it up!
