Yah! Today i got on the scale just to get a figure for today and to my pleasure i saw 229 on the scale...since starting this challenge i've lost 6lbs....not sure if anyone else reached the goal yet, but i was super excited and proud of myself for the going for something and obtaining it...i've truelly been working my tail off!...and a GREAT way to jump start my weighloss...seeing as i just started!!! I hope everyone else is seeing the results they want to see and having a fantastic wednesday!

paula - new scales kick ***. I'm sure you lost that extra bit while shopping

theresia - sounds like the US needs harder tests!!

Josephine - first yes please come over and help me tear the damn thing to shreds. Second it doesn't take much for me to "O" over the scale either Actually total side note and completely inappropriate as I enjoy being I've noticed my libido is up a bit since changing my eating habits and exercising!! Now to find a man to help me with this, hmm.
