Heather, the sole pleasure of avoiding those wheaty carbs was in scale redemption!! But, yes, darnit, I was on plan, and it was a salty day, and I have been so noshy, bingey, feeling like I want chocolate (real, not the sugar free stuff) and crutons in my salad and chips with my salsa, and all that yummy stuff that to actually be on plan itself was a $%$^ feat in itself!!
Oh well, I'm stickin' with the program.... really, I am seeing better results... usually...
But I'll tell you this... I had sliced apple and 2 tbspoons peanut butter for lunch and it really hit the spot!!

Don't know what the scale will show, but I am in it to win it!!
