    Fighting a very binge-y feeling. DH commented on how small I looked-- I'll try to remember that before my hand to mouth stuff and compulsive food grabbing begins.

  • Hey Ladies, I'm new to this thread. I totally wanna join. I didn't weight today so I'll be a little behind. But isn't the fun in being in the game, not just winning it? I'll weight tomorrow before I eat.

    I'm a calorie counter and exersizer.

    I think it this will be a fun way to motivate me.

    Good job to all those who are losing already!! Way to go!

    Dina -- congrats on dropping that pound, whoo hoo!

    Kitty -- how awesome is it that your DH said how small you look! That had to feel good -- certainly better than any food would taste!

    Losing4another -- yeah, my dogs have a couch that basically belongs to them! But they are nice and let us share as long as we provide belly rubs!

    ASH-- don't let those scale fluctuations drag you down, it is normal to go up and down alot! So don't sweat it and just keep up the good work!

    Ash - do you weigh at the same time every day? It can vary so much within a day.

    I'm up to 226.8 today but since the biggest activity I did yesterday was lift the remote I'm okay with it. Hoping it goes back down tomorrow!
  • Morning losers! I'm having a decent week even though it is TOM, so I'm happy. The scale dropped again for me down to 184.6. I watched DH drink a bottle of wine and eat a giant bag of popcorn last night while we were watching Sweeney Todd, and man, was that hard. It gave me a serious urge for the munchies, and I hate that feeling. I didn't eat anything but I was distracted by food fantasies through the whole movie -- except I had NO desire for meat pies !

    Start Weight: 185.8
    Current Weight: 184.6 (-1.2, 3.8 to go!)
    Goal Weight: 180.8
  • Okay so I forgot to weigh before I eat breakfast. I'm 182lbs now after having eaten toast, yogart and some juice. (I never drink juice, but was having a slight hangover from ONE beer) I guess that is what dieting does to you. One beer and I'm buzzed.
    So I guess my numbers are

    i was up today to 208.6... ho hum... who knows.. will keep my eye on things.. im eating right and moving alot so it must drop eveutally right?
  • I was 189.5 this morning, down 1.5, 3.5 left to go. I haven't exercised lately, too busy, so I haven't felt as energetic, but still losing...I hope it isn't my muscles that are disappearing.
  • Yippee, TOM over and apparently I was holding extra water, I'm down to 182.6 this morning. Oooo I can't wait to move out of the 180s!! Maybe by the end of next week I'll be in the 170s, so exciting!
