Oh, ladies. I need to be back on the WEED. I'm crawling back after almost a week of unrestrained eating and very little exercise. I feel sluggish and icky and am pretty unhappy with my complete lack of discipline and self-control.
But tomorrow is a new day! I'm pretty sure I've gained weight, but it couldn't have been all of the 10 pounds I'd lost, so I'll still be ahead.
I need to get my butt in gear and be posting.
Friday's WEED -
W - Guzzle, guzzle, guzzle. Aim for 3 full water bottles.
E - Wake up early and do a cardio workout. Woo hoo!
E - No more sugar, it makes me feel crappy.
D - Don't beat myself up, just move forward. It's not the end of the world that I overate for a while. What matters is what I do now.
I already feel better. I'll post tomorrow night with an update.
