Sept 3: 50 min walk/jog
Sept 4: the day got away from me...I took a nap in the afternoon instead of jogging
Sept 5: 40 min Turbo Sculpt, 50 min walk/jog...this time my dh came with me!
Sept 6: 15 min cardio, 50 min walk
Sept 7: nothing
Sept 8: nothing..
Sept 9: 30 min bike ride...all I could manage on toast, water and Pepto-bismol!!
Sept10: 35 min Turbo Jam, 50 min walk/jog....tonight, more jog than walk
Sept11: nothing...again
Sept12: 40 min Turbo Sculpt

9/11- no trad. ex, fall cleaning
9/12 - more fall cleaningggg
9/13 - nada, chilled out with mom

I actually don't think I will make my goal of 1000 minutes but I definately think I get above my Minimum of at least 600; I even think I will be able to swing 900 minutes so we'll see!
