IT's never too late to join the thread. There is no group challenge of sorts, we just state and set our own goals (which of course vary) and post here to hold ourselves accountable. IT's a great way to keep track of our work (I print out my shed. at months end) and to help inspire each other. Check out the very first post of the thread which may offer a bit more detail.
