  • Hiii ladies, happy friday From when I last posted, I only got in about one walk. Last weekend was very busy with food prep and last minute cleaning for the party on Sunday (tom decided to show up that morning too, ughhhh, several days early!). This past week after the party and fall cleaning I have just been taking it easy and resting up. I was feeling a bit tired and all but now feel good again and rested up!

    Congratulations to all of you on the exercising and completing the month, great work ladies I am looking forward to our new month together come monday and am gearing up for it. Hope you all have a great weekend! : )
