chimichanga -- try not eating the WHOLE avocado... eating 1/2 of it in a day should be okay, just use 1/4 of it to make each meal 'edible.' avocadoes have lots of good oils in them, so I wouldn't be scared of eating it.... just maybe not the whole of it!
I like how most people put their resolution in their signatures. Makes it easy to match the posts with the 'not-allowed' food! And shows solidarity

So I had a weird moment last night where I realized that I'm not allowed to have fast food or restaurant food until Lent is over.... And immediately I HAD to go get fast food. IMMEDIATELY. I had this buring DESIRE to go and just violate my resolution and ruin the first day.
Luckily, I took a breath and went to a bookstore instead
Weird, though, the immediate impuls that almost took me the instant I remembered I wasn't allowed........
No forseeable problems with Day 2 either, looks like 2 days down, 38 to go (or 44... or whatever the math with the Sundays adds up to! No cheat days for me!)
