    b- mini ww bagel, 1 scrambled egg, coffee
    s- banana
    l- turkey on ww, tomato, lettuce
    s- ww pretzels
    d- grilled steak, salad, sweet potato
    s- 2 rice cakes, juice, green tea? didn't happen
    s- got totally carried away hamburger, 4 squares of chocolate, piece of steak, hanful ++ of chips, gosh i can't remember it all thats the majority of it though

    How many calories in a apple pie? Is my day ruin....you can scroll up to see the beginning of my day? I don't think so but I didn't have a good day yesterday....trying to have a good day today!!/

    Today I ate:

    - handful of almonds
    - small bowl of corn chips
    - two coffees w/skim milk

    - quesedillas (sp?)
    - guacamole w/a few chips
    - lots of water
    - salad

    - 6 chicken balls
    - 12 french fries

    Not a great day, but better... And I had a good workout, too.

    l- turkey on ww with lettuce and lf mayo, 1/2 c lf cottage cheese
    s- grapes
    d- big salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cukes, steak, lf cheese and lf dressing, ww mini bagel
    s- dark chocolate, green tea, pretzel sticks

    misc- i finally really quit smoking on fri 9/29, so i ate an entire box of tic tacs today at work. LOL i'll work off the extra calories now that i can breathe a little easier!!

    ICANCHANGE i never count out a whole day just because of one bad choice. just try harder to make a good choice next time!!

    B - Honeynut cheerios, milk and fruit solutions orange juice
    S - Fat free sugar free yougurt, cucumber
    L - Salad with low fat cheese, lite dressing, croutons and rice cakes
    S - Apple and Thinsations
    D - Lean cuisine, veggies and milk
    And then well........some licorice....*ahem*
    I count calories so everything is measured out, plus I still have over 400 calories left for the day...woo woo.......well less than that after my licorice breakdown

  • JustJodie Congrats on quitting smoking! That is amazing. I am sending you all my will power. I quit about a year and a half ago and it was the best thing I could have done.
    I havent posted my food in a while cause I have been sick sick sick. blech. I would post what I have eaten today but like ellis said it would be like 20,000 calories. and I ate it all willingly and on purpose sigh. Lets just say it included mini candy bars and (hanging my head in shame) chocolate frosting three spoons of it. But oh well I am starting to feel better. The good news is that I hadn't gained weight, but after todays binge I might, but I just can't seem to get upset about it, I will get back on track tomorrow.
