it's Ok, Danzingurl! Dpn't feel bad. A new month starts tomorrow, and we will start a new challenge. All of you people out there, no matter whether you made it through March or not, we have to celebrate to be trying to change our lives. To try and fail is far better than not to try at all. Out of one little failure a lot can be learned!
Think of everything you have leaned along this month, of how much you know about yourselves now that you did not know before! We'll use that to go through April trying to stay binge-free, trying to control the amount and the quality of the food we eat, to deal with our feelings in a way that does not entail food, and to build new habits.
I invite you to publish below ONE little victory, just ONE, of March. Here goes mine:

I learned to leave the last bite untouched on the plate, and to say "that is enough for now".

Wow, I actually did this challenge, personally. Had a lot of withdrawl moments. Might have not been able to control about four times this month, but that's a lot! I have to say I learned a lot and it can be done, but I hope to do an April challenge and not try to do it at all.
