Aliasihaya:
I guess we have to learn how to eat a small portion of something, and stop.
The hardest part is when you first get a taste of it, and then try to stay away from it.
If you cant resist it in the beginning, I guess you can only try to limit the ammount you eat. But, Easier said than done.

I lost a lot of weight in August and thought this is easy I must be super human and was delighted, well after 3 weeks I stayed the same weight then gained then lost and then struggled, this is Septemeber 19th, I checked my weight at novemember had gained a little and was so mad, I knew christmas was coming up and felt overwhelmed two months before man.

So I had to face the truth after Christmas, gained 10lbs over those two months and didn't feel good doing it, lost those 10 lbs now so I'm where I was on september 19th if I didn't get so overly emotional about the numbers.

Its a danger but celebrate your victories!
