Exercise- something that involves lots of movement like a stair climber - and you can keep pace by saying 2 syllable swears out loud, providing there are no little ears about! Hit a pillow - alot! Donate the junk food to a food bank ( I've done all of these in the past)
You can get some pretty reasonable punch bags which are great for relieving stress/exercise and I find these really good fun.
Definitely any kind of exercise will do you good though, you just need something you can jump into quickly, before it seems easier to just eat the anger away.
