Hi everyone- I chew gum all day, I go through 14 pieces a day. It's better than eating all the junk food around here, my hubby & daughter have to have their junk. I chew a stong peppermint gum when I'm baking, I don't even lick the bowl. Try it!
Day 8- ate alot of crap today, but not a binge. I just was picking at sweets all day.
day 9, but OMG gingerbread cookies are soooo yummy... especially with lime flavoured icing and smarties (i did only have one , and hope to keep it that way)
Well I do believe I've gone this week without bingeing. I was in California from Sun-Thurs and definitely ate "vacation" food which had me craving my fruits and veggies like crazy...but I enjoyed all the food. There wasn't any "out of control" feeling that goes along with bingeing. And I have no idea HOW but when I got on the scale today I swear it said that I was a pound lighter than I was before I went to California. I didn't get a chance to work out for 5 days and ate all kinds of unhealthy food and I LOOSE a pound?! What is this? The Twilight Zone!! haha But regardless I'm back home now, fridge is stocked with healthy stuff, worked out yesterday and today...it feels great to be back on track :-)
