  • Day 59!!!!
  • 210!
  • Congrats, vixsen, on making it through Day 58 -- you are setting new records!

And congrats to everyone who is doing so well.

Krampus, . I don't have any helpful advice. I sometimes wonder if reaching a lower weight brought out my binging behavior. I've done it in the past, but not with such frequency in a looooong time.

I'm working on Day 5 and feeling some of the motivation/"willpower"/discipline what-have-you that I had this past summer. Trying to immerse myself in it and draw it in and learn how to keep it burning!
  • Day 304!

VIXSIN and PARIS, congratulations on your number of days! While others are waiting for the New Year to begin a healthy lifestyle, you're both doing it now!

KRAMPUS, sometimes a strict diet can do it. I think that's when it started for me.

THESAME7LBS., congrats on your refound motivation. Not easy to do this time of year.

    Good luck to us all!

  • Day 4 but it's a struggle. I can sympathize with fruitlady because I am HUNGRY all of the time. We've been having a lot of long meetings at work and ordering in lunch. Mostly the lunches are good - ham sandwiches, vegetables and fruit - but it's the dessert tray that is killing me. And they leave it on the table all afternoon so people can help themselves..... arghhh... I swear it is calling out to me... the brownies... oh, the brownies.
  • Day 6- It was a busy day, so I did good. Not as hungry today, thank goodness!
  • Day 1. Thanks everyone for your kind words. It is probably a side effect of surrounding myself with thoughts and behaviors related to weight loss almost constantly. Thinking of taking a week "off" calorie counting.
  • Day 305!

Krampus, that's probably a good idea. Sometimes we need a break from this, too. You've done it long enough now that you know if what you're eating is healthy or not. When you feel that you need to start things up again, you can go back to it. It's funny, but I STILL need to count caloiries to make sure that I'm in range. I still don't trust myself. Luckily, I make a game out of it.

    Have a great weekend, everyone!

  • Day 60!!!!! I feel great!! I love living binge free!!!!
  • wooo hoooo !!! look at those numbers going up, Up, UP!!!

    we rock!!!!!

    we can do this!!!!!

lets put another day behind us!!!!!

being binge free feels freakin' amazing!!!!!
  • Day 5 and heading towards dinner knowing I've already consumed 1200 of my daily 1500 calories because I ate the brownie and the cheese and an extra sandwich today. So... definitely an OP day but not a binge.
  • Day 7- another busy day, but now I have to bake X-mas cookies for the family. I hope I can do it without eating any. I have gum in mouth at all times!
  • think today is day 8

hard day today, i had thought all my end of year things were done, ended up having 2 luncheons today... first was a bbq, and second was pizza and sandwiches

i managed to stick to 2 slices bread (though buttered as there was no choice) and a sausage and sauce
all in all , not to bad.
  • i plan to make decorated ginger bread men tomorrow, chewing gum, what a great idea.
  • Got through Day 6 yesterday with flying colors. Today we are decorating cookies, and I will take your great advice Fruitlady and chew gum so I don't start eating the frosting. What a great idea!

Krampus, I know how you feel with the "all-weight-loss-all-the-time" overload. I felt that this summer. Fortunately, it has receded. I still count calories but I have more room in my head now for other things. Thank goodness.
