I sometimes wonder if reaching a lower weight brought out my binging behavior. I've done it in the past, but not with such frequency in a looooong time.



When you feel that you need to start things up again, you can go back to it. It's funny, but I STILL need to count caloiries to make sure that I'm in range. I still don't trust myself.
Luckily, I make a game out of it.
