I'm starting day 1 tomorrow, I feel so sick, we went out to the buffet again. I binged so bad. I ate more than I did before, I think I'm going to be sick now. Gotta go!

Day 32! And I just realized that if I make it to the end of the month, then I'll will have not had one binge day in the month of April! I haven't had one month without a binge day since....well, it's been over a year for sure! Goodness. Well, fingers crossed!

Rainbow -- I love fresh fruit! That's sounds delish!

D -- Sorry to hear you're struggling! And I know what you mean about analyzing everything. At times I wish my brain had a mute button I could hit every once in awhile, haha.

Shelflife and fruitlady -- It's okay. Good luck on Day 1. You ladies can do it!

jdonato -- I'm taking a trip to Florida at the end of my semester too! (which is next week!) I can't wait, although, I am a bit nervous about spending time in a bathing suit, going to a pool party, and not being in control of my meals. Study hard! Good luck!

Raven -- good for you!! And you WILL make it through tonight!

chels -- YAY! Congrats on size 8! That's awesome and you should be very proud of yourself.

Once again I'm struggling. I know I've overeaten for the day and the urge to binge is constantly present. Every time the thought goes through my head "I don't care...I'm not really fat", I have to scream back at it "I DO CARE! And no, I may not be overweight YET but I'm STILL not happy with my eating habits and the out of control feeling I have!!" ugh I didn't evenw ork out today either. I was going to but I woke up still tired and after a few hours of doing laundry and studying I laid on my bed and napped on and off for a couple hours. So I've basically done nothing but lay around and eat all day. God I hope I snap out of this funk by tomorrow. Because once again I'll be at work and if that pharmacist offers me more candy or tells me he has candy, I'm going to scream. Sorry to end the week on such a poopy note lol Hope everyone else finished out their week strong!
