I'm impressed by people who log their binges. When my binge eating was at it's worst, I could eat up to 10,000 calories in a sitting. Yikes. I never wanted to think about how much I ate. I went in for treatment & eventually it got better. I still binge from time to time, but I don't beat myself up over it.
I quit cold turkey, and have practiced some serious self control. When I go to have a snack I put a serving size on a plate and then put the bag away So I can't go back for more. I also try to drink a big glass if water with snacks and that makes me feel more satiated.
